Personal data
When you fill in the contact form or book an audit, we collect the information you provide (name, work email, company, and the operational context you describe) for the sole purpose of responding to your request and organising the operational audit.
- Purpose: responding to your request and preparing your audit.
- Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in contacting you back.
- Retention: as long as needed to process your request, then archived per applicable regulation.
- Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability of your data.
To exercise your rights, write to antoine@voxfit.io. Under the GDPR, you may also lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority (CNIL in France).
Data processed by the agents
As part of an engagement, Voxfit agents only access the data needed for the relevant workflow, with explicit, scope-limited permissions. Every action taken by an agent is logged and attributed. The precise terms of processing, security and data location are defined contractually and confirmed during the audit.

This site uses minimal local storage to remember your language and display preferences. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are placed without your consent.
